Hello there, my name is Ian Turner and by profession I work in the security industry and currently involved with the aviation industry at the present time. I have always had an interest in drawing especially portraits and figure and have recently delved into painting in water colour and acrylics. I started the web site as a means of displaying some of the work that I do and to create an interest. Whilst having some lessons at school I have not had as yet had any formal training though I have seen certain water colour techniques demonstrated by local art tutors. My daughter who has had an art education and currently works as an art technician at the local college is my biggest supporter along with some of her colleagues.
